We stand behind the quality of every product we create. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at portroyalsurf@gmail.com with the following:

  • Clear photos of the defect or damage

Once approved, we’ll happily replace the item at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins as soon as your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Port Royal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your address before finalizing your order.
